About Me
Hi, I'm Alexander Fields. I'm a follower of Christ, with a strong sense of justice and a belief that the gifts I was given were meant to be spent on other people. What I genuinely love is solving problems. I just so happen to be a software engineer, and the truth is that career caters to that itch, which is how I landed in backend development and full-stack work. I try to spend Sundays volunteering to actually live out the word, and donate when I can't be there in person. What I'm working toward matters just as much to me: a partner to walk through life with, a household I provide for, and a legacy worth leaving behind. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, and I'm always chasing side projects outside my main role. Ngl the daily bible plan with Tara Leigh is kicking my butt rn.

My Hobbies
I enjoy playing video games such as League of Legends and World of Warcraft. I very recently got into Magic the Gathering. I also love watching historical fiction, fantasy, and science fiction TV & movies. My favorite foods are Korean BBQ and Fried Okra, and my favorite color is Cyan. I'm a mallet percussionist.
My PC Setup
My computer is doo doo even though I'm a developer lol. To be fair if it can't run on a bad computer then its probably not good code! I'm on an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s), 16 Gigs of ram NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 for my GPU. My computer Essentially doesn't run that well. It takes forever on Windows 10 and can't upgrade to Windows 11. That being said I'm currently saving up for an all-new machine, but it's over 4k and the new one will be water-cooled 😊.
